Due to myself and others who have given me their input, I decided that I wanted to go with the 4th option out of this picture...

I still am playing around with the colors and her hair, so I decided that a deeper pink with a layered look and an updo might look good on her. I decided against the full on sparkle since she's already the most popular popular girl, so she wouldn't need to stick out like a sore thumb, she just needs to arrive and she'll stand out. I decided that she decided to keep it simple and stylish, with a touch of sparkle, and yes, those are real diamond earrings.
... Not really much else to say at the moment, just wanted to give a little update. I might try out longer dresses tomorrow, but the top will most likely look like this still, I love the wrapped look, very elegant.
