Caspian Concept

He's the merman character I've talked about in the past!

Caspian is the oddball merperson in the story. Unlike most who steer away from human things, Caspian takes great pleasure in hoarding all kinds of things. He also lives in an abandoned ship. 

Caspian is also a swindler. He finds and sells human junk to fellow fish folk by tricking people into believing that they're priceless objects (when in reality, he's got about 50 more in the back lol.) He's also not favored by a lot of people that he's swindled in the past, which causes him to have a lot of enemies that want his head on a silver platter. 

For his design, I decided to go for underwater merman/ pirate/ gypsy thing. lol I thought that unlike most, Caspian could take great pleasure in accessorizing in jewels and articles of clothing found through his expeditions. 

I believe Cora will run into him while he's searching for more junk to sell. 

Somehow, Cora gets Caspian to take her to the mysterious Merkingdom that he tells her about.

I also might give him some type of a pet, but I'm not sure.
